Our Story Began in 1984 with A Small Dream

We opened our doors in 1984 in a small space that once was Provo Bakery. We had only a few tables and space for about 30 guests. Even then, our focus was clear. We wanted to serve real Italian meals and create a place where people could gather, eat, and feel at home.

Growing with The Provo Community Over Time

In 1991, we expanded by adding the building next door. This allowed us to grow into a full restaurant that now serves up to 150 guests. Our growth came from the support of our guests. We stayed true to our roots while making room for more people to join us.
